Coming Soon - An Alchemical Collaboration: Yoga, Crystals & Essential Oils

Come and share a practice of slow flow Hatha Yoga enhanced by the healing energies of crystals and essential aromatherapy oils.  In this, our third collaboration,  Olaia joins me to share her wonderful collection and knowledge of crystals; how they work on us and how we can use them to heal and enhance our life journey.  Our yoga practice will incorporate crystals and essential aromatherapy oils.

The workshop will end with tea and healthy treats and an opportunity to experience a range of crystals and purchase any that capture your heart.  All participants will also receive an aromatherapy oil blend to take home.

Suitable for all levels of practitioner, all equipment will be provided.  This beautiful workshop costs just £30 and includes a £5 voucher for Grounded Therapies.
